Salon Assistant (Fast-Track to High-Earning Stylist)

Starting Pay: This position starts at $15-$18/hr during your initial training period. This is a temporary training role. Once you transition to the floor as a Stylist, you will move to a high-earning structure with the potential to earn up to $160,000 annually.

Posh Curl is seeking a motivated Salon Assistant who is passionate about building a long-term career behind the chair. As the owner and lead stylist, I currently have an overflow of clients and am looking to personally train the right candidate to grow into a stylist position within the salon.

This is an excellent opportunity for a cosmetology student, recent graduate, or licensed stylist who wants hands-on mentorship and advanced education in natural, curly, coily, wavy, straight and textured hair.
