Job Overview


PoshCurl is a growing boutique salon specializing in curly, textured, and multicultural hair. We are seeking passionate, professional hairstylists who are excited to grow their careers in a supportive, education-focused environment.


As the owner and lead stylist, I am currently fully booked and unable to accept new clients. We are expanding our team to help meet the growing demand for our services, creating opportunities for stylists to build and grow their clientele through overflow and referral clients.


Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced stylist, we are looking for individuals who are committed to continued learning, exceptional customer service, and working with all hair types and textures.


Responsibilities



Provide professional hair services while delivering an exceptional client experience
Perform consultations and make personalized recommendations based on client goals
Work with curly, textured, natural, and multicultural hair types
Educate clients on proper hair care, styling techniques, and product usage
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
Build and retain a loyal clientele through outstanding service and professionalism
Participate in ongoing education and skill development
Contribute positively to a supportive and team-oriented salon culture

Qualifications



Active cosmetology license or cosmetology student nearing graduation
Passion for natural, curly, and textured hair care
Willingness to work with all hair types and textures
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Desire to learn, grow, and develop advanced technical skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
