PART TIME MEDICAL ASSISTANT/ ESTHETICIAN (bilingual preferred)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant, Esthetician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring a high standard of patient care. This position requires a strong understanding of medical procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Record patient medical histories and vital signs accurately.
• Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and providing comfort.
• Run body sculpting EMS/ RF devices (training provided)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with nursing staff in various departments including PICU, Internal Medicine, Dermatology, and Emergency Medicine.

Qualifications
• Certification as a Medical Assistant, Esthetician or relevant experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of physiology and basic life support techniques is essential.
• Familiarity with emergency medicine protocols is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a hospital environment is advantageous.
• Ability to measure and record vital signs accurately.
• Understanding of dermatological conditions and treatments is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and in a friendly manner with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
