A patient-first wellness clinic built on calm lobbies, on-time starts, patient experiences and outcomes, Paradigm Wellness has served over 30,000 patients across acupuncture, massage, and skincare and are currently expanding our operations to serve our community even better.

Our Corpus Christi location is growing, we’re looking for a licensed massage therapist who can be a steady, dependable part of the patient experience. Your role
• Provide high-quality massage therapy sessions (customized to each patient)
• Document session notes as required (simple, clinic-friendly documentation)
• Communicate clearly with patients regarding goals, pressure preferences, and follow-up recommendations
• Work alongside our chiropractic and acupuncture team when beneficial for patient outcomes
• Maintain a clean, professional treatment space and follow clinic standards

Must-have qualifications
• Current Texas Massage Therapy License (required)
• Professional communication and reliable attendance
• Ability to deliver consistent therapeutic sessions (not rushed, not sloppy)
• Comfortable with a clinical setting and a range of patient needs (tension, pain, mobility limitations, stress)

Preferred qualifications
• Experience in a medical/integrative clinic setting
• Deep tissue, sports, trigger point, prenatal, geriatric (any specialty is a plus)
• Interest in long-term client outcomes and retention

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
