Karma Aesthetics & Wellness is growing, and we're looking for a passionate, motivated Licensed Esthetician who's ready to build an incredible career in aesthetics.

This is an independent contractor position, so we're looking for someone who's excited to market themselves, create relationships, and grow a thriving aesthetics business.

Responsibilities
• Perform facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and skincare treatments within your scope of practice
• Create customized treatment plans for clients
• Educate clients on skincare and home care recommendations
• Recommend professional skincare products when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organized, luxury treatment environment
• Build and maintain your own clientele
• Participate in content creation and marketing opportunities (optional but highly encouraged)
• Continue learning and expanding your skills through ongoing education

Position Details

1099 Independent Contractor

While we do not guarantee a full schedule, we provide the environment, brand recognition, education, and support to help motivated providers successfully build one.
