Oliverio Clips is a locally owned Great Clips franchise with 28 salons across the Phoenix Metro area. We are currently hiring licensed Hair Stylists and Barbers for our Power & McDowell Rds salon and all 28 valley-wide locations.

Hair Stylist / Barber Responsibilities




Provide precision haircuts, styling, and barbering services for walk-in clients



Deliver friendly, professional 5-star customer service



Recommend professional haircare products to meet guest needs



Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked workstation



Follow Great Clips brand standards and procedures









Requirements




Valid Arizona cosmetology or barber license



Provisional license or current student accepted



Prior experience as a hair stylist, barber, cosmetologist, or hairdresser preferred



Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude









Flexible Schedule Options




4-hour or 8-hour shifts



Day shift or evening shift



Monday–Friday, weekends only, or a mix that fits your lifestyle
