We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and talented Nail Technician to join our growing team. If you are passionate about beauty, customer service, and creating a great experience for clients, we’d love to hear from you!


Responsibilities:• Perform professional manicures and pedicures• Apply Gel X extensions and gel polish services• Provide nail art and custom designs when requested• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation at all times• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients• Recommend products and services to clients• Follow all state sanitation and safety regulations• Assist with salon cleanliness and organization


Qualifications:• Valid Arizona Nail Technician or Cosmetology License• Experience with manicures, pedicures, Gel X, and gel polish• Knowledge of nail health and sanitation practices• Strong customer service and communication skills• Reliable, punctual, and professional• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours is a plus• Acrylic, dip powder, nail art, and waxing experience is a plus


Responsibilities



Provide professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in strict accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety
Assist clients in selecting colors, designs, and nail enhancements that suit their style and preferences using your knowledge of color theory
Offer personalized recommendations for additional services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction
Upsell retail products like nail care items, skincare products, or hair extensions to boost sales while educating clients on their benefits
Stay current with industry trends in nail art, techniques, and product innovations through ongoing training and research
Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide a welcoming experience that encourages repeat visits

Qualifications



Valid cosmetology license or certification with training in nail care; additional certifications in esthetic laser treatment or hair styling are a plus
Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a hygienic environment
Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals
Experience with various nail techniques including gel application, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs
Familiarity with retail sales principles such as upselling and retail math to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
Ability to perform detailed work efficiently while maintaining a lively, positive attitude
Knowledge of complementary services like hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, or barbering is advantageous but not required

Pay: $198.50 - $239.05 per day
