Duties



Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and other specialized treatments.
Apply knowledge of color theory to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement clients’ skin tones and preferences.
Conduct esthetic laser treatments related to nail health or skin conditions when applicable.
Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools, disinfecting workstations, and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety.
Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and upselling additional services such as body waxing or eyelash extensions.
Educate clients on proper nail care routines and post-treatment maintenance for optimal results.
Manage retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and beauty accessories using retail math skills to maximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate with medical staff on patients requiring specialized treatments like dermabrasion or hair threading for cosmetic enhancement.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace that promotes safety and efficiency during all procedures.

Qualifications



Valid cosmetology license with certification in nail care; additional certifications in esthetic laser treatment, hair extensions, or barbering are a plus.
Demonstrated knowledge of color theory, nail techniques, and sanitation protocols essential for safe practice.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members while providing exceptional customer service.
Experience with retail sales and upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and clinic revenue.
Familiarity with advanced beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, or dermabrasion is desirable but not mandatory.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and hygiene standards.
