Responsibilities



Perform a variety of nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails and nail art with precision and creativity
Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and color choices based on client preferences and skin tone
Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
Educate clients on nail health, proper maintenance, and aftercare tips to promote long-lasting results
Stay current with industry trends in color theory, nail techniques, and new product offerings to provide innovative services

Requirements



Proven experience in performing professional nail care services with a strong portfolio of work
Knowledge of sanitation protocols, sterilization procedures, and safety standards within a salon environment
Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and understand their needs
Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong retail sales skills combined with the ability to perform retail math for maximizing product sales
