Marshmallow Beauty Bar is seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Nail Technician to join our growing team in Chicago. We are a new luxury salon focused on exceptional client experiences, high-quality services, and a welcoming atmosphere.


Responsibilities:• Perform professional manicures, pedicures, gel services, overlays, and nail enhancements.• Create beautiful nail designs and provide customized recommendations for clients.• Maintain high sanitation and sterilization standards according to Illinois regulations.• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.• Stay up to date with current nail trends, techniques, and products.• Educate clients on proper nail care and home maintenance.


Requirements:• Valid Illinois Nail Technician or Cosmetology License.• Strong manicure and gel application skills.• Professional appearance and positive attitude.• Excellent communication and customer service skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Nail art experience is a plus.

Compensation:Commission-based pay. Estimated earnings range from $25–$60+ per hour depending on experience, services, and client volume.
