Responsibilities



Provide professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health regulations and salon standards
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements
Stay current with the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and application techniques to deliver innovative services
Upsell additional services such as hand or foot massages, skincare treatments, or retail products to enhance client satisfaction
Assist with retail sales by recommending high-quality nail care products and accessories that meet client needs
Follow all safety protocols related to sanitation, disinfection, and proper handling of tools and products

Qualifications



Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology required
Demonstrated expertise in nail care techniques including gel application, acrylics, nail art, and cuticle care
Strong knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing designs and customizations
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their preferences
Experience with additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, or hair threading is a plus
Familiarity with retail math for upselling products confidently and accurately
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service
