Responsibilities

Provide professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativityMaintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health regulations and salon standardsConsult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancementsStay current with the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and application techniques to deliver innovative servicesUpsell additional services such as hand or foot massages, skincare treatments, or retail products to enhance client satisfactionAssist with retail sales by recommending high-quality nail care products and accessories that meet client needsFollow all safety protocols related to sanitation, disinfection, and proper handling of tools and productsQualifications

Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology requiredDemonstrated expertise in nail care techniques including gel application, acrylics, nail art, and cuticle careStrong knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing designs and customizationsExcellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their preferencesExperience with additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, or hair threading is a plusFamiliarity with retail math for upselling products confidently and accuratelyKnowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures essential for maintaining a hygienic workspaceAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer serviceJoin our team as a Nail Technician and bring your passion for beauty to life!
