Responsibilities
• Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, hair extensions, and straight razor shaves with precision and artistry
• Provide expert consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments or styles based on face shape, hair type, and personal style
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by adhering to all health regulations and salon protocols
• Utilize salon software such as Varago for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking
• Offer additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading to enhance client experience
• Educate clients on hair care routines, product usage, and retail options to promote ongoing maintenance at home
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, processing payments, and upselling retail products

Qualifications
• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of current trends and techniques
• Experience with hair extensions, color theory, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care preferred
• Proficiency in salon software such as Varago for scheduling and retail management
• Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment
• Ability to mentor junior staff members and contribute positively to store management efforts
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters repeat business
• Basic retail math skills for upselling products and managing retail sales efficiently
