What You’ll Do



Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gel applications, and nail enhancements
Create custom nail art based on client preferences and current trends
Maintain clean, sanitized tools and workstations in compliance with Illinois State Board regulations
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
Educate clients on nail care and recommend services/products
Support salon cleanliness and overall team environment
Wear Lollipop Nails branded uniform during shifts

Qualifications



Active Illinois Nail Technician License (Required)
Experience with acrylics, gel, and nail art preferred
Strong attention to detail and sanitation standards
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to upsell services and build a returning clientele
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Bonus Skills (Not Required):



Eyelash extensions, brows, or waxing
Multilingual (Vietnamese and/or English preferred)

Salon Hours & Schedule Expectations


Lollipop Nails Business Hours:



Tuesday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Monday: Closed

Scheduling Notes:



Full-day and partial shifts available within operating hours
Saturday availability is required or strongly preferred
Scheduling is flexible based on business needs and technician availability
