The Role
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Lash Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! In this energetic role, you will specialize in enhancing clients' natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application, while also offering a variety of aesthetic treatments. Responsibilities
• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
• Deliver a range of aesthetic treatments including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser treatments
• Provide professional consultations to recommend suitable services based on client needs and preferences
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols in accordance with industry standards
• Manage client appointments using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth scheduling and record keeping
• Engage with clients through effective communication, explaining procedures and aftercare instructions clearly
• Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products, lash care essentials, and other beauty items during client visits
Experience
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry, preferably as a Lash Technician or Esthetician
• Knowledge of eyelash extensions application techniques and safety procedures
• Familiarity with aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser therapy, and body waxing
• Experience managing salon or spa operations using software like Millennium or MINDBODY
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
• Background in cosmetology, nursing, or medical aesthetics is highly desirable
• Ability to perform hair threading, hair styling, nail care, makeup application, tattooing or barbering is a plus
• Skills in social media management for marketing services and engaging with clients online
