Our only studio is located in Southbury CT, close to I-84. We are a busy boutique salon with a dedicated clientele and following. We value genuine, skilled, honest and reliable staff who in turn make our guests feel happy and comfortable with a personalized customer experience, and of course, results which we stand behind. We believe in sales with integrity- we only recommend products for what a guest needs, we don't push sales or make our clients feel like a dollar sign. This is why our guests keep coming back for more services and products because they trust in our recommendations.


Candidates applying to our studio ARE REQUIRED TO BE a CT Licensed Esthetician, WITH field experience (SCHOOL EXPERIENCE ONLY WITH WAXING DOES NOT COUNT) in waxing and/or brows, 5+ months waxing in a salon setting needed, minimum, as this is not an entry level job. Must be fluent in English. Experience and expertise needed with hard wax is required, any experience with soft wax helpful. Applicants must have ample experience and skills working with all body waxing including and especially Brazilian services. Candidates need to have an artistic eye for our advanced brow services with the ability to shape brows well to flatter an individual's face either by wax or tweeze. Additional knowledge in advanced brow services (tint, hybrid, lamination, lash lifts) a big plus, but not required. Advanced services that we offer are with paid training, and provided upon hiring for the right candidates.


Candidates must be genuine, kind, respectful, trustworthy, personable, able to connect with clients while remaining professional, punctual, reliable, honest, drama-free, good communication skills and ready to be a part of a TEAM at a new kind of beauty studio. They must also possess the ability to receive feedback from owner or superiors with a positive mindset and apply information given to their professional growth. Feedback from guests must be handled with grace, an open ear and nothing but professional kindness and courtesy, to ensure the guest feels comfortable and heard for complete guest satisfaction.

Hours TBD, starting at 15 hours a week with training up to 30 hrs/week. Positions start at minimum wage base pay plus service commissions and tips. Raises are based on job performance and are awarded periodically. We pay above the industry standards and our employees are very valued personally and professionally and this is always reflected in their paychecks.
