What You'll Do
• Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, styling, and grooming services
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that keeps guests coming back
• Build and maintain a strong, loyal clientele
• Recommend retail products and services to enhance results
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven barbershop

What You Bring
• Active Barber or Cosmetology license in North Carolina
• Experience with men's and/or women's haircuts, fades, and styling
• A passion for hair, creativity, and client service
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends

Pay & Benefits
• $1800 SIGN ON BONUS
• Weekly pay
• 5 Tier commission (45%-60%) based on service revenue
• $16 base rate guarantee OR Commission, whichever is higher, PLUS TIPS
• Our Barbers and Stylists usually take home $60,000-$100,000/year
