The Role
Arrow is BUSY, GROWING and HIRING!
We are looking for stylists who:
Cut men’s hair.
Want to make more money.
Want to work for a company that supports career growth.
Want to work around other winners.
We pay the best the best:
Our top full-time team members all made over $100K (gross) in 2025. Many others made over $80K
We pay quarterly bonuses. With bonuses, our best team members make 60% commission.
Our commission program is no BS. All based on performance. Top performers earn top commission.
We guarantee MINIMUM pay of $1,000 PER WEEK during each of your first six weeks to make sure your transition is smooth.
We have healthcare insurance and make a generous company contribution to make health insurance as affordable as possible for you and your loved ones.
We have a great work environment:
No drama. We weed out lesser team members.
Four shops in great locations throughout Charlotte. We work with you on what works best for your commute.
No shop managers. You work directly with leadership to build your career.
