Located in downtown Casa Grande AZ, Dolce Beauty Co (Hair Salon and Day Spa) provides you a range of highly trendy hair cuts and styling, makeup, hair coloring, waxing services, massage and facials. Established in 2022 continuing to grow as a team of highly skilled and experienced stylists.

Role Description:

Dolce Beauty Co is seeking a highly skilled hair stylist for our team. The hair stylist’s duties include providing a variety of hair care services to our clients, such as cutting, drying, coloring, and styling. A strong candidate will be an expert in customer service, have a proven track record of conducting hair appointments in a clean, timely, detail-oriented, and creative way, and be an enthusiastic member of the team.

Hair Stylists Duties:

■ Provide hair care services, including cutting, washing, blow-drying, coloring, chemical, curling, and other styling services.

■ Make sales and recommendations to clients regarding hair products and treatments.

■ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in regard to workstations, tools, and equipment.

■ Provide haircuts for men, women, and children of all ages.

■ Build relationships with clients with exceptional customer service, including consulting with clients to understand their hair preferences.

■ Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and hair products to ensure the highest quality of service.

■ Manage client appointments and ensure a timely workflow.

■ Collaborate with other staff members to create a welcoming salon environment.

Required Qualifications:

■ State licensure from a state-approved hairstyling, beautician, or cosmetology school in accordance with local regulations

■ A high school diploma or GED, and are at least 18 years of age

■ 2 years of experience as a stylist or in a similar role

■ Communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients

■ Excellent technical skills in cutting, styling, and coloring hair, including knowledge of different hair textures and types

■ Proficient in using a hairdressing tools and salon equipment

■ Experience with various hair care products and treatments

■ Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions

■ Creativity and artistic flair as well as up-to-date knowledge of hair-care trends

■ Time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple client appointments
