Lash Boss Tucson is looking for a talented, motivated cosmetologist/hairstylist to join our growing salon. We offer a flexible setup designed for beauty professionals who want freedom, income potential, and a beautiful space to work in.


Position Options:



Booth Rental (Preferred)– $150/week– Full independence to run your own business– Bring your own products & tools– Set your own schedule and pricing– Keep 100% of your earnings


Part-Time / Half-Week Rental Available– Flexible options available– Contact us to customize a schedule that works for you


Commission Option (Limited Availability)– Ideal for stylists with an established clientele or those needing product support– Salon provides products & supplies– Commission-based pay structure– 1099 independent contractor position

Responsibilities:– Provide high-quality hair services (cuts, color, styling, treatments, etc.)– Maintain a clean and professional workspace– Build and maintain your clientele– Deliver excellent customer service and client experience


What We’re Looking For:– Licensed cosmetologist in Arizona– Passionate, reliable, and self-motivated– Professional attitude with strong client care– Ability to work independently and manage your own business (for renters)
