Role Description The Therapeutic Specialist is a contract, on-site role located in Scottsdale, AZ, focused on supporting clients through therapeutic and wellness services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client assessments, developing individualized care plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs. The role involves maintaining detailed client records, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment plans based on response and goals. The Therapeutic Specialist will collaborate with other health and wellness professionals to coordinate care, provide education to clients on treatment options and self-care strategies, and uphold high standards of safety and professionalism. Additional duties include managing client appointments, supporting client retention efforts, and contributing to a positive, inclusive clinic environment.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in Account Management and client relationship building to support ongoing therapeutic care.
• Experience in Sales and Pharmaceutical Sales to effectively communicate service benefits and treatment options within ethical guidelines.
• Knowledge of Oncology and Medicine to understand complex health conditions and collaborate appropriately in multidisciplinary care settings.
• Relevant professional certification or licensure in a therapeutic, clinical, or wellness discipline (e.g., massage therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, or similar field).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ, manage a contract schedule, and maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Experience in health, wellness, or fitness environments and familiarity with evidence-informed therapeutic practices is highly beneficial.
