Pay: $225 per class
Schedule: After-school program from 3pm - 5pm 2 classes per week 90 minutes each

Masterurcraft is looking for passionate, experienced barbers to join our team as Barber Educators for our after-school barbering program at local high schools.

If you've ever wanted to share your knowledge, mentor young people, and help shape the future of the barbering industry, this is your opportunity.

This role is perfect for barbers who want to earn additional income while making a lasting impact in their community.

What You'll Do

✂ Teach foundational barbering techniques in a hands-on classroom environment

✂ Demonstrate haircutting, fading, clipper control, sanitation, and professionalism

✂ Encourage, mentor, and motivate high school students interested in barbering

✂ Create a positive, engaging learning experience that builds confidence and skills

What We're Looking For

✔ Licensed barber with professional experience

✔ Confident performing live haircut demonstrations

✔ Strong communication and leadership skills

✔ Passion for mentoring and teaching others

✔ Reliable, professional, and positive attitude

✔ Comfortable working with high school students

✔ Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
