Job Details:
• Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
• Experience: Minimum 2 years

Skills Required:
• Proficient in both scissor cuts and bald fades (scissor cuts are our specialty)
• Ability to manage 45-minute haircut appointments with additional time for beards and add-on services

Schedule:
• Weekday shifts: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday shift: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Saturdays required)
• Minimum 3-day workweek

Compensation:
• 50/50 commission split
• Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit

Work Environment:
• Professional, structured, yet laid-back and casual
• Friendly, supportive team atmosphere

Services:
• You are not required to perform all services offered at the salon.
