As a Stretch Provider, you’ll use your bodywork skills to help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and performance. Perks & Pay: Competitive base pay of $20.00-40.00/hourly plus tips, bonuses, and commissions Employer-paid healthcare including medical, dental and vision plans for full-time employees Paid time off for full-time employees Employee Assistance Program Employee referral bonus program A flexible schedule for a better work/life balance A free massage, skincare or stretch session each month for full time employees Discounts on products Qualified Candidates: Are a Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Massage Therapy Student, or Bodywork Specialist If MT: Satisfy all licensing/certification requirements to perform services in North Carolina If CPT: Have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field OR a current personal training certification from an accredited program If MT Student: Have completed 300 hours of massage therapy education If Bodywork Specialist: Have worked a minimum of one year in fitness coaching, therapeutic bodywork or related field AND meet field-specific education and licensing/certification requirements.
