Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled, passionate and reliable Lash Technician to join our team. As a Lash Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional lash services to our clients, including lash extensions, tinting, and lifting. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and attention to detail in enhancing our clients' natural beauty with stunning lash designs. Our team values ongoing training and development to ensure you stay at the forefront of lash trends and techniques.

Responsibilities:
• Perform professional lash services, including extensions, tinting, and lifting, in accordance with company standards and client preferences
• Consult with clients to determine the most suitable lash design and style for their needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all health and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Stay updated on the latest lash trends and techniques through ongoing training and education
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming salon environment

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of lash extension experience (classic, hybrid, or volume)
• Must be available 4-5 days/week, Saturdays required
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
• Valid esthetician or cosmetology license (required)
