Senior Esthetician | Established Luxury Skin Practice | Houston, TX

Chrysalis Skin & Body is looking for an experienced, seasoned esthetician to join our established Houston practice.

This is not an entry-level position.

We are specifically looking for someone who has spent years working with skin, understands how to read and respond to the skin rather than simply follow a protocol, and is confident caring for a discerning, established clientele.

Chrysalis has been serving Houston for more than 25 years. Our clients value expertise, consistency, honesty and results. Many have been with us for 10, 15 and even 20+ years.

We are entering an exciting next chapter and would love to add another mature professional to our senior team.

The person we’re looking for:
• Has significant hands-on esthetics experience
• Possesses excellent skin knowledge and clinical judgment
• Is confident performing customized, results-oriented facials
• Has experience with advanced modalities and/or is eager to expand those skills
• Understands mature, aging and compromised skin
• Is polished, warm and comfortable with an affluent clientele
• Knows when to follow a protocol—and when the skin is telling you to adjust
• Is confident enough to say, “I don’t know—let me find out”
• Enjoys learning and staying current
• Is dependable and professional
• Values teamwork over ego
• Wants to collaborate with other highly experienced estheticians
• Takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience

Our ideal client is busy, accomplished and discerning. She doesn’t want to spend hours researching every new skincare trend.

She wants to walk into a practice she trusts and hear:

“We’ve looked at your skin. We know what you’re trying to accomplish. Here’s what we recommend.”

That level of trust has to be earned.

Compensation will be competitive and structured according to experience, skill set and schedule.

Full-time or substantial part-time may be considered for an exceptional candidate.
