4Ever Young West Houston is a physician-led anti-aging and wellness clinic in the Memorial area. We pair medical aesthetics with hormone therapy, medical weight loss, IV vitamin therapy, and functional medicine. That matters to you for one reason: our patients are on long-term wellness plans and come back month after month. Our active membership base feeds the aesthetics side of the practice, so you build a repeat book faster here than in a walk-in facial bar.

The earnings, in plain numbers
• Base pay: $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience. Houston average for a medical esthetician is about $29; our top of range is 90th percentile for this market.
• Service commission, tiered: 10% of your monthly collected service revenue, rising to 15% on everything above $15,000. The rates are written into your individual incentive plan, not a handshake.
• Retail commission: 10% on all product sales attributed to you.
• Per-event bonuses: paid for rebookings, VIP membership signups, and wellness program enrollments.
• Clinic growth bonus: a monthly team bonus when the clinic beats its revenue targets.
• Tips: you keep 100% of them.

At typical production, incentives add roughly $1,500 to $2,300 per month on top of base. A full-time esthetician here has realistic all-in earnings of $70,000 to $95,000 before tips, and top producers can clear $100,000. There is no cap, and the full plan is put in writing before you accept an offer.

What you will do
• Perform advanced treatments: HydraFacial, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and customized facials, plus SkinPen microneedling and laser services under physician-directed protocols and the certifications they require
• Assess skin conditions, build treatment plans, and track results with before/after photos
• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care and home skincare regimens
• Recommend medical-grade products, treatment packages, and VIP memberships; cross-sell wellness and aesthetic services with our medical team
• Keep the treatment room to brand standard and manage skincare inventory
• Cover the front desk when patient flow calls for it (paid lead conversion bonuses apply) and follow HIPAA and medical compliance policies

What you bring
• Active Texas esthetician license (TDLR) in good standing
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with HydraFacial, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and advanced facials; med spa or medical aesthetics setting preferred
• Microneedling experience and the training to perform it under our physician-directed protocols
• Texas laser hair removal certification and device-specific training preferred; required before performing laser services
• Strong consultation skills: assessing skin, building treatment plans, educating patients, and recommending the right products and services
• A track record of service and retail sales; this role has targets and pays real commission on them
• An existing clientele is a plus, not a requirement
• Warm, polished, and patient-first, with the follow-through that turns first visits into standing appointments
