Salon Front Desk Receptionist

Zoltons Salon & Day Spa is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our guests, so a positive attitude and strong customer service skills are a must.


Responsibilities include:



Greeting clients and creating a welcoming salon experience
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing bookings
Checking clients in and out, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records
Assisting stylists and management with daily operations
Keeping the front desk and lobby organized and professional

Qualifications:



Previous front desk or customer service experience required
Salon or spa experience is a strong plus
Experience with booking software (Meevo preferred)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and punctuality
Fashion forward professional attire

Schedule:



Part-time hours
Evenings and Saturdays required
Sunday & Monday closed
