You'll become part of an education team that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. We partner with some of the biggest names in the industry, including SkinMedica, DiamondGlow, Comfort Zone, Epicutis, and Color Science to provide our students with an education that goes far beyond the basics.




As an Esthetics Instructor, you'll teach skincare treatments, facials, advanced facial techniques, waxing, lash and brow services, makeup fundamentals, sanitation, client consultation, product knowledge, and professional development while mentoring students through one of the most exciting times in their careers. You'll inspire confidence, build technical skills, and prepare students for success in the treatment room and beyond.

Outgoing, positive attitudeCurrent Arizona Esthetics Instructor LicenseTwo or more years of spa or esthetics industry experiencePrevious leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAdaptable and solution-orientedAbility to resolve conflict professionallyComfortable working in a collaborative team environmentPassion for education and helping others succeed


Job DescriptionProvide exceptional instruction and guidance to prepare students for successful careers in the esthetics industryTeach theory and practical skills including facials, skincare analysis, waxing, lash and brow services, makeup fundamentals, product knowledge, sanitation, and client careSupervise students during clinic appointments to ensure safe, effective, and professional service deliveryManage classroom and spa floor behavior while creating a positive learning environmentCoach students through guest interactions and real-world spa scenariosReinforce professionalism, communication, and exceptional customer serviceStay current with academy curriculum, products, and industry trendsDeliver engaging, hands-on education using a variety of teaching methodsProvide constructive feedback and mentorship to help students reach their goalsCollaborate with fellow educators and leadership to support student successHandle student concerns with professionalism and sound judgmentDemonstrate initiative, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skillsServe as a positive role model for students and fellow team membersSupport the mission and educational goals of Penrose Academy every day
