Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and talented Russian manicurists to join our dynamic beauty team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nail treatments, and nail extensions, tailored to meet each client's unique style and preferences. Your expertise will help clients feel confident and pampered while ensuring the highest standards of salon safety and sanitation are maintained. Responsibilities
• Perform professional manicure and pedicure services, including russian manicure builder/rubber gel manicures, nail application, and nail extensions.
• Apply color theory principles to create customized nail art designs that align with client preferences.
• Conduct sanitation and disinfection procedures rigorously to uphold salon safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all health and safety standards.

Qualifications
• Proven experience working as a manicurist or in the beauty industry with a focus on nails.
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques including russian manicure ,builder gel manicures, and nail extensions.
• Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and disinfection standards.
• Excellent communication skills for client consultation and service explanations.
• Knowledge of color theory, nail art design, and current manicure trends.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Certification in cosmetology or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
