We are looking for an experienced, motivated Master Esthetician who is passionate about skin health, patient care, and continuing education.

Responsibilities

Patient Care
• Perform comprehensive skin consultations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment expectations
• Obtain clinical photography
• Complete thorough medical documentation
• Maintain exceptional patient satisfaction
• Provide post-treatment instructions and follow-up

Laser & Energy-Based Treatments

Perform treatments within Virginia Master Esthetician scope of practice under medical supervision, including:
• Hydrafacial
• Laser Hair Removal
• Sciton BBL HEROic
• MOXI
• PicoSure Pro
• Fotona laser treatments
• Matrix RF Microneedling
• Onda Pro face & body contouring
• XERF skin tightening
• Chemical peels
• Medical-grade facials
• Acne treatments
• Skin rejuvenation procedures

Training will be provided.

Marketing & Social Media

We are a highly social media-driven practice.

Responsibilities include:
• Taking before & after photos
• Participating in educational videos
• Supporting practice marketing events

Qualifications

Required
• Active Virginia Master Esthetician License
• Experience with medical aesthetic lasers
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred
• 1+ year of medical aesthetics experience
• Experience with Sciton, Cynosure, Lutronic, Candela, Cartessa, or Fotona platforms
