Our New Talent Education Program is for licensed hair stylists that want to learn advanced techniques through hands-on training and best practices from our top performing artists. You will master on-trend industry services, time management skills and the overall function of our salons.

Program Details:
The next 3-month program is scheduled to start on May 19th (Tuesday - Saturday) and will be located at our dedicated training space at our Southcenter salon.

The pay for this position is $21.65.
*Employees in this position have the opportunity to earn retail product commissions per program guidelines.

We are looking for those who offer:Active Washington State cosmetology or hair design license (unlicensed candidates may apply, but must have an active license before the start date)0-2 years of recent behind-the-chair experienceAbility to fully commit to 3 months of focused trainingAvailable to work a full-time schedule - 5 days a week: Tuesday through SaturdayOpen scheduling availability upon completion of the program, including evenings and both weekend daysAs part of our standard hiring process for new employees, employment with Gene Juarez Salons & Spas will be contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
