Duties
• Create stunning natural hairstyles and custom braiding designs tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type
• Provide expert consultations on hair care, maintenance, and styling options to ensure client satisfaction
• Perform hair extensions, threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup applications to enhance overall look
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools such as straight razors and other equipment
• Utilize salon software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales transactions
• Offer retail product recommendations based on clients’ hair needs, upselling with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Assist with front desk duties including client check-in/out, answering inquiries, and managing store management tasks
• Mentor new team members in techniques such as hair coloring, barbering, nail care, and retail sales strategies.

Pay: From $23.40 per hour
