This role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing expert haircuts and styling, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Responsibilities
• Perform professional barbering services including haircuts, trims, and styling tailored to client preferences.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their grooming needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Execute hair coloring procedures, applying color theory principles to achieve desired results while maintaining hair health.
• Assist clients with hair care routines and recommend suitable products or treatments.
• Apply hair extensions when requested, ensuring proper technique and client satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health standards.
• Stay updated on current trends in men's grooming, haircutting techniques, and styling products.
• Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and building lasting client relationships.

Skills
• Proven experience working in the beauty or barbering industry with a focus on men's grooming.
• Proficiency in barbering techniques including cutting, trimming, and shaping facial hair.
• Knowledge of hair coloring processes, color theory, and application methods.
• Ability to perform various hair care treatments and recommend suitable products.
• Experience with hair extensions application is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for client consultation and service delivery.
• Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on professionalism and attentiveness.
• Skilled in hair styling for different looks and occasions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: $50.00 - $150.00 per day
