Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to provide clients with informed recommendations.
• Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and products to maintain healthy nails.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalized care.
• Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement services provided.
• Collaborate with other beauty professionals to create an integrated service experience for clients.
Qualifications
• Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations.
• Strong knowledge of color theory and its application in nail design.
• Experience with esthetic laser treatment, hair threading, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, barbering, or retail math is considered a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Attention to detail and a passion for the beauty industry are essential for success in this role.
