Responsibilities
• Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylic nails, and nail extensions with precision and artistry.
• Apply color theory principles to create custom nail designs that match clients’ preferences and trends.
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure a satisfying experience.
• Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare tips to promote healthy nails.
• Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, treatments, or skincare items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques like dermabrasion or eyelash extensions, and new product offerings to deliver innovative services.

Qualifications
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work.
• Certification in Cosmetology or Nail Technology from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and salon safety protocols.
• Skilled in various techniques including acrylic application, gel manicures, nail extensions, and body waxing if applicable.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with retail sales strategies such as upselling products to enhance client satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
