Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert Russian manicures and Russian pedicures (dry technique, e-file mastery, precise cuticle work, and flawless finishing)

• Create and maintain premium nail extensions using advanced European techniques

• Perform gel polish applications, structured gel, and other long-wear systems

• Provide personalized consultations focused on nail health and desired aesthetic

• Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, tool sterilization, and salon cleanliness

• Offer exceptional client care in a luxury European-style environment

• Stay current with trends in European and Russian nail artistry

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Russian manicure/pedicure and nail extensions

• Strong proficiency with e-file, European extension methods, and gel/structured systems

• Valid nail technician license (required by your state)

• Portfolio of recent work showcasing Russian technique and extensions
