We are looking for an experienced, licensed Medical Aesthetician who is passionate about skincare, body contouring, and providing personalized luxury experiences. This position requires hands-on experience with HydraFacial and Venus Legacy body sculpting and skin tightening treatments.

What You’ll Do
• Perform professional HydraFacial treatments.
• Perform Venus Legacy body sculpting, skin tightening, and facial rejuvenation treatments.
• Conduct thorough client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Recommend professional home care products and treatment packages.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience from consultation to follow-up.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation, treatment room organization, and documentation.
• Build long-term client relationships through education, trust, and outstanding results.
• Continue developing your skills through advanced education and training.

What We’re Looking For
• Active Indiana Esthetician License.
• Previous experience performing HydraFacial treatments is required.
• Previous experience performing Venus Legacy body sculpting and skin tightening treatments is required.
• Professional appearance and polished communication skills.
• Strong sales and client retention abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Passion for continuing education and staying current with industry advancements.
