Duties
• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and artistry
• Apply color theory principles to create customized nail designs that match clients’ preferences and trends
• Conduct sanitation and disinfection procedures diligently to maintain salon safety protocols and ensure a hygienic environment
• Educate clients on proper nail care, maintenance tips, and product recommendations to enhance their overall experience
• Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, treatments, and skincare items to boost sales and client satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a positive experience
• Assist with salon cleanliness, organization of tools and supplies, and adherence to all safety standards including disinfection procedures

Experience
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of nail art and extensions
• Knowledge of nail care techniques including acrylic application, gel manicures, and nail extensions
• Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures required for hygienic service delivery
• Understanding of color theory for creating appealing designs tailored to client preferences
• Excellent communication skills for client consultation, upselling retail products, and team collaboration
• Experience with additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus but not required
• Ability to stay current on industry trends in nail art, techniques, and product innovations
