• Active Maryland cosmetology or barber license
• Comfort with clipper cutting, fades, and men's styles

About the Role This is a men’s haircut-focused salon with a steady flow of clients. You’ll work in a clean, organized environment with clear systems, strong support, and a leadership team that values reliability, growth, and respect.
