Duties
• Provide a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extensions, and nail care consultations.
• Apply advanced techniques such as nail extensions, acrylic application, and gel polish to ensure durable and flawless results.
• Educate clients on nail health, proper maintenance, and aftercare to promote healthy nails.
• Maintain salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and proper tool sterilization practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products.
• Upsell additional services like body waxing, eyelash extensions, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with all health regulations while ensuring a safe environment for both clients and staff.

Experience
• Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of completed services.
• Knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades for their nails.
• Skilled in applying nail extensions, acrylic nails, gel manicures, and performing pedicures with precision.
• Familiarity with salon safety protocols including sanitation, disinfection procedures, and client hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication skills for client consultation and retail sales; ability to upsell products effectively.
• Experience working with diverse beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, hair styling, or body waxing is a plus.
• Ability to stay current on industry trends like esthetic laser treatments or hair threading to provide comprehensive beauty services.
