Responsibilities
• Perform a wide range of beauty services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail applications, and nail extensions with precision and care.
• Deliver professional hair styling, hair extension application, barbering, and hair threading to meet each client’s unique preferences.
• Conduct advanced skincare treatments such as dermabrasion and esthetic laser procedures while adhering to strict salon safety protocols.
• Provide expert advice on nail care, color theory, and skin health to educate clients on maintaining their beauty routines.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, recommend appropriate services, and upsell retail products confidently.
• Stay current with industry trends in nail art, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other beauty techniques to offer innovative solutions.
• Support retail sales efforts by promoting products related to nail care, skincare, hair styling tools, and more.

Experience
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a cosmetologist or nail technician with a strong portfolio of completed services.
• Knowledge of color theory for nail art design and hair coloring techniques.
• Hands-on experience with nail extensions, acrylic nails application, gel manicures, and pedicures.
• Familiarity with salon safety protocols including sanitation standards and disinfection procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for client consultation and building lasting relationships.
• Ability to perform specialized treatments such as esthetic laser therapy or dermabrasion is a plus.
• Strong retail math skills for upselling products effectively while providing exceptional customer service.
