Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail applications, and nail extensions with precision and artistry
• Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement each client’s style and preferences
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and enhance their overall experience
• Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty treatments to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Assist with additional beauty services like body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, or hair extensions when qualified
• Keep workstations organized and sanitized according to industry standards while managing appointment schedules efficiently

Experience
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of nail art and extension work
• Knowledge of nail care techniques including acrylic application, gel manicures, disinfection procedures, and sanitation practices
• Familiarity with salon safety protocols and infection control standards to ensure client safety at all times
• Excellent communication skills for client consultation and building rapport
• Ability to perform advanced nail techniques such as nail art design using color theory principles
• Experience in retail sales and upselling beauty products to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue
• Additional skills in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, or barbering are a plus but not required

Pay: $25.61 - $30.85 per hour
