Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativityProvide expert advice on nail care routines, color choices, and trending styles to enhance client satisfactionMaintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene complianceOffer additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, and hair threading when qualifiedEngage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their preferences and upsell retail products or additional services effectivelyStay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and esthetic laser treatments to deliver innovative solutionsManage retail sales efficiently using retail math skills to meet sales goals while providing personalized recommendationsRequirements

Valid Nails Technician LicensedProven experience in nail technician roles with a strong portfolio of nail art and design workKnowledge of color theory to create harmonious and eye-catching designsFamiliarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean work environment at all timesSkills in additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, barbering or laser treatments are a plusExcellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their needs effectivelyAbility to upsell products and services confidently while ensuring customer satisfactionStrong retail sales skills combined with retail math proficiency to maximize revenue opportunitiesEmbark on a rewarding journey where your talent transforms clients’ confidence!
