We are looking for a licensed esthetician who is passionate about skincare, results-driven treatments, and helping clients achieve their skin goals.


This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both performing treatments and educating clients about treatment plans, skincare products, and long-term skin improvement programs.


Responsibilities



Perform professional facial treatments


Conduct skin consultations and skin analysis


Recommend treatment plans and skincare products


Maintain treatment rooms and sanitation standards


Build strong relationships with clients


Help clients achieve long-term skincare results

Qualifications



Active Massachusetts Esthetician License


Experience performing facials and advanced skincare treatments preferred


Strong communication and customer service skills


Positive attitude and professional appearance


Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and package options with clients


Previous sales experience is a plus

Hourly pay
