Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is experienced in quality natural nail care as well as elevated gel applications and design ability.

As our featured Nail Technician of our salon & spa, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience of an amazingly curated spa culture.

Duties
• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Utilize knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting suitable nail colors and designs.
• Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations to maintain a clean environment.
• Provide additional services such as body waxing, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair threading as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored services.
• Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance techniques.
• Assist with retail sales by applying knowledge of retail math to promote products effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and products sold.

Requirements
• Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices and health regulations in the beauty industry.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of various nail techniques, including acrylics, gels, and nail art.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, or hair threading is preferred but not mandatory.
• A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on current trends.

Pay: $18.60 - $23.85 per hour
