As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and fostering positive client relationships.


Duties



Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and techniques to offer innovative services.
Assist clients with aftercare advice to maintain their nails between visits.
Collaborate with other beauty professionals in the salon to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications



Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations.
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, including color theory and nail art.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to upsell services and retail products effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
Previous experience in a salon or spa environment is mandatory.
