Licensed Lash Artist (Luxury Japanese Beauty Salon – Fifth Avenue, NYC)

Lash-Bar Foula (later rebranding to Foula Beauty) is one of New York City's premier Japanese beauty salons, renowned for exceptional service, meticulous craftsmanship, and a tranquil luxury experience. Our clientele values quality, relaxation, and personalized care.

As we relocate into our new location on Fifth Avenue, we are seeking an experienced and licensed Lash Technician to join our growing team.

Requirements
• Valid New York State Esthetician License
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• 2–5+ years of professional lash experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Passion for delivering an exceptional luxury spa experience
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Compensation
• Service commission starting at 40% (higher commission available based on experience and performance)
• 100% of tips
• Retail commission on product sales
• Appointment-based position (no hourly wage)
• Full-time technicians working 6 days per week can expect to earn $6,000+ per month, including tips (earnings vary based on bookings and performance).
