Musea Makeup Bar is redefining beauty. We’re the first fast-glam makeup studio built for today’s modern muse. Think luxury looks, elevated artistry, and a vibe that makes every guest feel like the main character.

We’re searching for a Store Manger to lead, inspire, and set the standard for our Scottsdale flagship. This role is for a professional who lives for artistry, thrives on leadership, and knows how to turn technique into transformation.

What You’ll Do

- Lead onboarding for all Musea Artists and Assistant Artists

- Train on policies, makeup techniques, sanitation, and guest experience

- Host workshops and monthly skill refreshers (advanced + core services)

- Observe services and deliver real-time coaching + feedback

- Partner with Studio Manager on KPIs and performance standards

- Oversee best practices on the floor and reinforce brand excellence daily

- Sign up new memberships and drive service consistency

- Support artist promotions, reviews, and ongoing professional development

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: Beauty school grads, licensed Estheticians or Cosmetologists, Sephora/Ulta alumni,freelance artists. A portfolio, website, or Instagram required.

- Versatility: Ability to work confidently across diverse skin tones and textures.

- Professionalism: Reliable, punctual, communicates clearly, thrives under pressure.

- Vibe: Uplifting, approachable, and team-oriented. Someone who makes guests feel seen and unforgettable.

- Coachable: Open to feedback, growth, and new techniques.

Requirements

- Active Cosmetology or Esthetics License (mandatory)

- Strong portfolio of work (Instagram or website required)

- Availability to start TBD 2026

- Full commitment to opening week TBD 2026

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
