Aesthetician & Laser Technician Dermatology

Clear Dermatology & Aesthetics Center is looking for an experienced Aesthetician & Laser Technician to join our growing aesthetics team.

We are a physician-owned dermatology and aesthetics practice with an established patient base, experienced providers, and a growing aesthetic department. We are looking for an aesthetician who is passionate about skincare and aesthetics and who wants the opportunity to build a loyal patient following, provide exceptional treatments, and grow their earning potential.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced aesthetician who is confident with aesthetic treatments and lasers and enjoys working directly with patients to create customized treatment plans and achieve meaningful results.

Compensation

$18–$25/hour base + commission

This is a commission-focused position with significant earning potential beyond the hourly rate. We are looking for someone who is motivated to build their patient book, generate repeat business, recommend appropriate treatments and skincare, and grow their income based on performance.

Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand each patient's skin concerns, goals, and treatment history.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs.
• Perform aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and laser services.
• Perform aesthetic laser and energy-based treatments according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Educate patients on skincare routines and confidently recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products.
• Educate patients on recommended treatments, treatment plans, expected results, and maintenance.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Maintain and grow an active patient book.
• Provide an exceptional patient experience through professionalism, attention to detail, and personalized care.
• Take and maintain accurate before-and-after photographs and treatment documentation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary treatment rooms.
• Participate in manufacturer trainings and continuing education to remain current on aesthetic treatments, products, and technology.
• Collaborate with our dermatologists, nurses, aestheticians, and other team members to provide a seamless patient experience.
• Participate in practice events, Open Houses, and promotional activities.
• Follow all applicable HIPAA, safety, and Arizona Board of Barbering sanitation requirements.
• Work between our Scottsdale and Paradise Valley locations as needed.

What We're Looking For
• Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician.
• Ideally 3–5+ years of aesthetic experience, with strong hands-on experience in aesthetic treatments.
• At least 2–3 years of aesthetic laser experience.
• Experience with multiple aesthetic laser and/or energy-based devices is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, skin health, and aesthetic treatments.
• Confident conducting consultations and making appropriate treatment and skincare recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for patient care and achieving results.
• Ability to establish trust and build lasting relationships with patients.
• Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and skincare with patients.
• Motivated by goals and interested in growing a patient following and earning potential.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a larger clinical team.
• Proficient with Google Drive and general office software.
• Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work between our Scottsdale and Paradise Valley locations.

Experience with advanced laser and energy-based treatments, a strong skincare background, and a proven ability to build a patient following are highly valued.
